Necar Zadegan is a German actress who was born on the 20th of July 1982, in Heidelberg Baden Wurttemberg, West Germany. The actress holds German citizenship and later acquired American nationality. Necar gained fame for her performance after winning the role of first lady Dalia Hassan during the 8th season of the 24 television action show. Necar also works as professional model.
